HBWS Consulting only collects, stores and uses essential information about you so that it can conduct its business with you effectively. HBWS Consulting adheres to the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (UK DPA) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

Type of data collected

Website visitor: HBWS.co.uk uses essential and non-essential Cookies. See below for more details.  

Webform/telephone contact: You will be required to provide your name and email address /telephone number. Following the initial enquiry, we may ask you for further details about your organisation, e.g. company/charity name, position etc. to better help you with your enquiry. 

Client: Data will be collected to ensure a smooth working relationship. The data will be of a business to business nature. 

Storage and retention

All personal data is stored in password protected files and in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (UK DPA) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). 

HBWS Consulting will retain your contact details for five years from the date of the last contact or until a deletion request is received. Organisational details for accounting purposes will be kept in line with HMRC regulations.
